This credit solution for investing in Morocco allows you to contract a fixed or variable rate loan, which can be up to 65% of the overall cost of your project. Thanks to MRE Invest, you can choose the repayment frequency of the loan as well as the possibility of deferring it. Thanks to our offer, you can invest in Morocco while taking advantage of a non-refundable grant from the state of up to 10% of your share in the project.

Under which conditions ?
- Invest in Morocco in a project which value is greater than or equal to 1 Million Dhs.
- Make an equity contribution in foreign currency: at least 25% of the total amount of the investment project.
How is the project funded?
- You benefit from a state subsidy of 10% of your share in the project (for any project greater than or equal to 1 Million Dhs) with a ceiling of 5 MDH.
- Equity contribution in foreign currency: at least 25% of the total amount of the investment project.
